Healing God's Way Coaching Group


Healing God’s Way is a Christ Center group coaching program. With the benefits of a licensed psychotherapist with degrees from Seminary, you will be guided on an explorational journey towards feeling healed and whole. We will work together to ensure none of is feel alone and isolated. That is the benefit of working together.


If you always play the "strong person" role in the lives of others, this group is for you. You will learn the reasons why you are the strong friend and how to heal from the consequential feelings of loneliness and resentment.

If you have been sensing it's time to attend to your needs and your inner life, this is for you.

WHAT YOU WILL LEARN:

  • How to quiet your mind and soul to commune with God.


  • Understand how to utilize scripture for psychological healing.


  • How to identify your unhealthy pattern of self-sabotage.


  • Identify why being the strong friend is working for you and against you.


  • Understand your fear of being seen as weak.


  • How to honor your needs and core desires.

WHAT TO EXPECT:



Week 1: 90 minutes- Intro and Q&A. Establish goals and intentions for your work. Introduction of affirming your movements and understanding your God given access to wholeness.


Week 2: 90 minutes – Embracing the younger you and identifying false narratives that work against you.

Week 3: 90 minutes – Identifying patterns of protecting your pain. Learning to confront self-sabotage that holds you back.

Week 4: 90 minutes – Prospectives and insights of your healing journey. Setting your return to an internal home base.





THINGS TO KNOW:


  • This program will require at least 3-4 hours of your time per week.
  • All sessions are recorded. So, if you can’t make a session, let us know, and the recording will be sent to you.
  • You can reach me via email if you need help or further support.
  • Each weekly session will happen on Zoom. 
  • There are 20 openings for this group.
